1. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies.
    (Note: This fee helps cover additional processing and courier charges.)

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • During sale periods or festive seasons, dispatch times may vary slightly. We'll notify you promptly in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location or external factors (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays).

4. Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations—resulting in multiple delivery dates.

  • All packages will include a tracking ID for your convenience.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • You can also track your order via the "My Orders" section on our site.

6. Delays & Reachability

  • In case your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, please email us at lumorclothing.help@gmail.com, or call us at +91‑78600‑41654.

  • Our team will liaise with the courier service to resolve any issues quickly.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

  • If a package shows signs of damage or tampering, please do not accept delivery and inform our customer care team immediately.

  • Keep all packaging materials and inform us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with claims or replacements.
